My name is Roger Hayward, my friend Alayna and I own this site. We are not Realtors, just normal people with a desire to make a difference and help people realize the dream of home ownership. I have been in and around the Real Estate and construction industry for nearly 30 years now and Alayna has been by my side, hammering, nailing, scraping, painting and doing research for nearly 5 years.

Alayna and I were brought up on different sides of the tracks but fate brought us together. We are here to share the knowledge we have gained from our sometimes very difficult experiences with life and money and we feel very strongly that we can help you - not just get into your own home, but also how to hold on to it.

We give ordinary folks the ability to afford a home that no one can take from them. We also help create opportunities for the savvy investor to create rental income by investing in single homes or multi-units in many areas of our great country.

We understand what it takes to put folks like you and me into an affordable home, and we understand how difficult this dream can be to realize - I personally lost a home through foreclosure and that painful experience helps keep me grounded, even when things are going well.
